Itinerary 1 from Bologna-Firenze

• Leave the motorway A1 at the exit "Firenze Impruneta".
• After the toll pay-station take the speedway (superstrada Firenze-Siena) in direction of Siena.
• After 41 km take the second exit for Colle di Val d'Elsa: signed Colle di Val d'Elsa Sud.
• Turn right after the stop sign and join the first roundabout. Go straight ahead (direction SP541Grosseto, Follonica and Casole d’Elsa).
• After 1 km you will find the second roundabout: run it along for 270° before turning right following the sign" Bardeggiano" (dead-end way).
• Follow the road up to the end where you can enter into the property through the main gate. The covered parking is on the left side of the gate.

Itinerary 2 from Roma-Siena

• Leave the motorway A1 at the exit“Valdichiana”.
• After toll pay station turn at your right and take the motorways 715 “Siena-Bettolle”
• Continue in direction of Siena.
• When you arrive in Siena, take the superstrada in the direction of Florence and after 20 km leave it at the exit "Colle di Val d'Elsa". Turn left after the stop sign and join the first roundabout. Go straight ahead (direction SP541 Grosseto, Follonica and Casole d’Elsa).
• After 1 km you will find the second roundabout: run it along for 270° before turning right to Bardeggiano(dead -end way).
• Follow the road up to the end where you can enter into the property through the main gate. The covered parking is on the left side of the gate.
